                               RESOLUTION NO. 19410
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION RATIFYING, CONFIRMING AND
                   APPROVING THE EXECUTION BY THE MAYOR OF AN
                   ASSIGNMENT OF GRANT OF EASEMENT BY HAMILTON
                   COUNTY, TENNESSEE TO THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA
                   AND HAMILTON COUNTY, TENNESSEE FOR CERTAIN
                   PROPERTY OWNED BY THE UNITED STATES OF
                   AMERICA USED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
                   TENNESSEE RIVERPARK.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the execution by the Mayor of an
       assignment of grant of easement by Hamilton County, Tennessee (a
       copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
       reference) to the City of Chattanooga and Hamilton County,
       Tennessee for certain property owned by the United States of
       America and used in the construction of the Tennessee Riverpark 
be
       and the same is hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
